What is Windows PE?
Windows Pre-Installation Environment (Windows PE) is a minimal operating system with limited features based on the Windows 10 kernel. It is used to prepare the computer for Windows installation, copy disk images from a network file server, and start Windows installation.
Windows PE is not intended to be the primary operating system on a computer, but is used as a stand-alone pre-installation environment as an integral part of other deployment and recovery technologies.
This WinPE is built from the Windows 10 ADK. It adapts to all operating systems because it is based on the latest version (Windows 10), including imagex.exe and Oscdimg.exe (Oscdimg folder).
